1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before finalising your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange under the following conditions:
- The fault or damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
